Caffeine in coffee

Substance caffeine in coffee was found to suppress the enzyme protein in the skin that trigger skin cancer. Protein in question is the ATR.

"Caffeine in coffee became such a weapon to prevent the development of cancer cells, by inhibiting the activity of ATR, and also serves as a protective layer that absorbs ultraviolet (UV), " said Allan Conney of Rutgers University, New Jersey, as quoted from TGDaily.

Research he was doing shows, Caffeine in coffee smeared directly onto the skin can counteract the adverse effects of UV rays cause skin cancer, and drinking a cup of coffee a day can also press the number of ATR and off the active cell when exposed to UV. But remind Conney, skin cancer is skin cancer is melanoma that does not involve.

With these findings, coffee cream maker can be a material anti-UV, quoted by the Daily Mail, Professor Dot Bennett, of St George's, University of London, said that in addition to anticancer, caffeine in coffee can also make the skin look exotic brown because caffeine can trigger pigment to produce a new pigment.
